PQ Systems & Process Lead

Reed Learning is seeking a skilled and motivated Platform and Professional Qualification Process Lead to maintain our virtual learning platform and lead and coordinate our professional qualification processes. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• VLE Platform: Lead cohort creation, quality reviews, and updates; liaise with SMEs and Programme Managers; manage ticket system and submission portal; support development and improvements.
• Professional Qualification Processes: Implement efficient processes using Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Forms & Excel; track marking and verification; coordinate IQA sampling and standardisation activities.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Lead projects, monitor processes, report metrics; support AI solutions; analyse data trends.
• Project Management: Develop and lead project plans; coordinate cross-functional teams; implement best practices; provide status updates.
• Quality: Maintain quality standards; conduct audits; implement improvement initiatives; manage moderation and academic malpractice processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in education, Management, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing Moodle or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of professional qualification processes.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, and AI tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Experience with CIPD and/or CMI requirements is an advantage.
