A multi-award-winning public relations firm that specialises in influencer marketing, social media, digital PR, and content creation is on the hunt for a PR Account Manager to join their team, and work on a diverse range of accounts, from retail to tourism.

The right candidate will be someone who enjoys working across multiple industries, including experience working on corporate accounts. You will be a proactive and capable team player who can oversee daily operations and who has a track record of executing integrated client strategies through a variety of channels.

Salary - Up to £40k
Location - Oxford (hybrid)

  • Happy to support the creation of content for client PR, influencer, and social media campaigns
  • Confident marketing to both B2B and consumer media
  • Able to manage a collection of influencers
  • Experience keeping track of clients and reporting
  • Familiar with mentoring to improve the team's collective competencies
  • Confident using the right tech, including but not limited to Ahrefs, Meta for Business and Google Analytics
  • Possess agency experience managing social media and PR campaigns for large names OR digital PR (PR for SEO) campaign management experience even better if you are passionate about brand communications in earned media and are both creative and intellectually interested.
  • Be a critical thinker; be able to break down a brief, establish a strategy, analyze results, and offer recommendations for optimization; consistently produce excellent results for clients; and have the foresight to adjust the plan of action when necessary.
  • Thrive on team leadership and understand that if your team is producing excellent outcomes (and enjoying themselves while doing so), that can only speak good of you.
  • You will also be able to influence clients by providing thoughtful advice that inspires confidence in you.
