We are representing an opportunity with one of the UK's leading company in the beauty sector.

Our client is seeking a passionate PR & Influencer Relations Manager to join their talented in-house PR team. This role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of prestigious beauty and fragrance brands.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in PR or influencer relations within the beauty industry. You should have a strong network of editorial and influencer contacts and a proven track record in managing both paid campaigns and organic activations. A deep understanding of social media trends is essential, as you'll be driving impactful campaigns that generate buzz and elevate brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, media, and VIPs to amplify brand presence.
  • PR & Influencer Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies for your brand portfolio, aligning with the overall brand direction while driving strong results in the UK and Ireland
  • Agency Management: Oversee influencer agencies for paid campaigns, setting clear KPIs and leveraging the organic impact of planned activities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the PR activity plan and budget for the portfolio in alignment with the marketing launch calendar.
  • Press Office Management: Handle media and influencer requests, providing timely information and managing product/image call-ins.
