The Role
  • Developing and executing effective PR strategies, including press releases and articles for targeted media outlets and digital channels.
  • Proactively securing media coverage through interviews, feature stories, and guest articles.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key media contacts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align PR initiatives with overall marketing efforts
  • Monitoring and evaluating our online reputation and PR activities using tools like Meltwater.
  • Assisting in coordinating corporate communications materials and events.
The Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications and membership in CIPR, CIM, or PRCA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a PR Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in media monitoring tools like Meltwater and Sprout Social.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media landscapes.
  • Experience with social media platforms for PR.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with innovative PR ideas.
Salary offered £37,000-£42,000
