This is an excellent chance to join a well-established and respected business. They are currently searching for a skilled and dedicated Practice Manager to offer vital administrative and operational support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing high-level support to senior management.
Liaising with clients and external service providers.
Managing admin duties associated with HR processes and financial systems.
Assisting with onboarding procedures for new clients.
Updating and maintaining the company’s website and social media channels.
Overseeing general office functions, including compliance with IT guidelines, ordering office supplies, invoicing, and handling premises-related tasks such as insurance.
Supporting the delivery of ad hoc projects when required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in either a legal environment or accountancy firm is essential.
A background working as a PA or Senior Administrator would be beneficial.
Strong organisational abilities and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location of the office.
