Hays Healthcare are actively recruiting for Practice Nurses to cover block bookings for a Primary Care provider with multiple locations in the Hull area.

Your new role

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be covering block bookings in one of three locations including a GP Practice and Health Centre.
Duties will include but are not limited to the below

• Phlebotomy
• Wound Care
• ECG's
• Chronic Disease Management
• Health Screening and Assessments

What you'll need to succeed

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
• Have the relevant knowledge and skills in nursing procedures and general practice
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have the ability to use information technology and electronic health records systems.
• Right to Work in the UK (No Sponsorship)
