Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £48k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a privately owned and independent Water Treatment company who have a presence across the South East. They are now looking to recruit a hard-working and conscientious Pre-Commissioning Engineer. The successful candidate will be carrying out various pre-commissioning duties across Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Local Authority sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with specific site plans and BSRIA guidelines. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a company where they can receive tailored training plans alongside opportunities for overtime with competitive overtime rates, excellent holiday allowance and company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Newbury, Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, High Wycombe, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Abingdon, Oxford, Witney, Bicester, Luton, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Watford, Hertford, Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer for an established Water Treatment company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of BSRIA guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to work to deadlines.
" Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Visiting Commercial, Industrial, Local Authority, and Leisure sites, carrying out flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units.
" Pre-commissioning and chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems.
" Flushing of manifolds, underfloor heating and HRU's etc.
" Setting TMV's
" Mains injections and domestic pipework cleans.
" Checking water flow rates and velocities.
" Undertaking backflushing and power flushing of systems.
" Ensuring work complies with BSRIA guidelines.
" Carrying out work in line with site specific plans.
" Liaising with clients, providing support and technical advice when required.
