Pre-Litigated File Handler - Legal 500 Firm - Hybrid Working

About the firm:

A highly reputable, legal 500 firm have a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Litigated File Handler to come and join their dynamic and collaborative Counter-Fraud team. This firm are widely recognised for successfully representing its vast array of general insurance clients over several decades.

What will you be doing?

You will be managing a caseload of pre-litigated fraud cases and carry out detailed reviews and analyses of evidence. You will also develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with team leaders and lead lawyers. You will also be expected to maintain accurate case management records and comply with procedural deadlines as well as ensuring client satisfaction by adhering to guidelines and achieving KPIs.

What can you bring to the team?

The ideal candidate with have experience in handling pre-litigated cases and demonstrates excelled communication and interpersonal skills. You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, being able to prioritise work and meet deadlines under pressure.
