Premises Manager

We're looking for a Premises Manager to join our Lewisham Schools contract based at Conisborough School.

Location: Conisborough School - Lewisham, London

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As Premises Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Team, supporting them in ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of the school premises.

Your day to day will include:

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to school activities.
• Liaise with the school regarding building-related variations and incidents.
• Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Premises Officers and Cleaning Staff.
• Identify training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and regulatory compliance.

What are we looking for?

This role of Premises Manager is great for you if:

• You have a strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and FM practices.
• You have a proven track record as a site-based FM Manager - this is essential
• You are skilled in people management, influencing, and driving business change.
• You have effective client relationship management abilities.
