Preproduction Quality Assurance Coordinator Opportunity - Scotland

Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has been created due to company growth. My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Preproduction Quality Assurance Coordinator based in Scotland where you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of clinical trial supplies packaged at the site.

Day to day duties include:

  • Generating clinical trial packaging documentation to meet the company, Client, Study and Regulatory requirements.
  • Completing documentation in accordance to relevant SOPs and to comply with GMP.
  • Maintaining high quality standards ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Competently performing tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.
  • Participating in the implementation of any new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to Preproduction department.
  • Participating in any process improvement initiatives to support Preproduction department.
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

This is a 12 months contract based in Scotland which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent but this is all dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate £13.33 per hour.

Skills:

  • Pharmaceutical or related scientific industry experience or education highly advantageous.
  • Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Attention to detail.
