We are actively recruiting for a Press Brake Operator to join a market leader within the foodservice industry. Due to our clients location, transport is essential, as there are limited public transport links available.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am- 17:00pm.

Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience).

Duties:

  • You must be able to understand engineering drawings, operate a Brake Press and being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Fabricating in a workshop environment including press brake, general engineering skills and Manufacturing Production.
  • Manufacture from detailed in house and customer drawings.
  • Problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Have a good work ethic and be able to flourish in a busy and varied workshop.
  • Integrate and work with a small team.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to take on information and develop any new skills required.
  • Minimum 1 years Brake Press experience.
  • Knowledge of different types of materials.
  • Able to work well with team members and other departments.
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Work with various materials, generally Mild Steel, Stainless Steel.
