Press Brake Setter

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Telford for a Press Brake Setter on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known reputable business in Telford.Hours of work:

• Monday - Friday
• Rotating 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm

• 28,978 per annum

• Loading and unloading of parts.
• Quality Inspection of parts using equipment and gauges
• Working from engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of Brake Press Setter.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment the equipment
• Keeping the workspace in an organised manner
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

• Previous experience of press braking
• Previous experience of Amada machines would be beneficial
• Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings
• Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
• A Team player
• The ability to work on own initiative.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of work ethic
• Must be reliable
• Professional
• Ability to do overtime when necessary (Weekends/weekdays)
