Pertemps Dudley are recruiting for Press Operators to work rotating shifts Operatives on behalf of our client in Brierley Hill. Our client is a successful steel manufacturer and are in requirement of Press Operators, with experience in the steel industry, due to growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting and operating press
  • Shake out process
  • Loading and unloading punching machines
  • Spot welding
  • Pop riveting
  • Packing

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a steel manufacturing environment is essential
  • Flexible to work shifts
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience recording information desired

Hours of work:
Mornings: 6.30am-2pm Monday to Friday
Afternoons: 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday 12pm-7.30pm Friday

Rate of pay:
£11.94 per hour
