LTA / Reed Education are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to provide support to a LKS2 pupil on a EHCP plan, at a brilliant Primary School in Fleetwood

This new TA2 role is a full time position covering 5 days per week, Monday-Friday from 08:45-15:15.

The sucessful candidate will be required to start in Sep 2024 and work until the Christmas Holidays with potential to extend into 2025 for the eight candidate

The candidate must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience of working as an SEN TA.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring targets for future progress

• Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers

• Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils

• Monitoring pupils progress in reference to the school’s practice

• Excellent behaviour management skills
