Ideal Requirements for a Primary Care Pharmacist
- Extensive experience working in a primary care setting.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and support pharmacy-related tasks with confidence.
- Have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway
- Completed the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
Role Responsibilities for a Primary Care Pharmacist
- Providing expert services and support to patients registered with our Hub
- Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries
- Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities
