Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist to join their dynamic clinical team based in a GP surgery in Milton Keynes

FTE of £50,000 DOEworking 40 hours per week plus benefits! Part-time hours also being considered!

Ideal Requirements for a Primary Care Pharmacist

  • Extensive experience working in a primary care setting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and support pharmacy-related tasks with confidence.
  • Have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway
  • Completed the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Role Responsibilities for a Primary Care Pharmacist

  • Providing expert services and support to patients registered with our Hub
  • Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries
  • Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities
