About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to join us at Tradewind Recruitment. This is a full-time role starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience and a proven track record of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • No Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for this role.
