The Role:

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to start your teaching journey? The School is excited to welcome a passionate ECT Teacher to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity to launch your teaching career in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in line with the national curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and pupil participation.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's educational journey.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or anticipated completion of QTS by the start date.

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
