This is a dynamic and inclusive 2-Form Entry primary school located in the heart of Birmingham, committed to providing a high-quality education to all of their pupils. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join their experienced team in either Year 2, 4 or 5.

As an Early Careers Teacher at the school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students in your subject area. You will be supported by a team of experienced and passionate educators who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you develop your skills as a teacher.

The successful candidate will have a strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students. You will have a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve their full potential and will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering lessons in your subject area to a high standard
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing feedback and support where necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance
  • Participating in extra-curricular activities and school events

Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in a relevant subject
  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students
