Role and Responsibilities: As a Primary Main Class TA, you will:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Supervise students during activities and break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster a love of learning and encourage positive social interactions among students.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school community.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with beneficial but not essential
- Empathy: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient attitude, understanding the unique needs of students with SEN
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
- Commitment: Genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the educational journey of students
