What We Require for the Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / EYTS or equivalent with relevant experience in Primary Education.
  • A deep understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with pupils, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
  • Creativity and innovation in teaching methods, incorporating a range of resources and activities to inspire curiosity and facilitate holistic development.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of best practices in early years education and actively seeking opportunities for growth.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young children and preparing them for future success.
