We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual to join our local schools in Croydon and Sutton as a Lunchtime Midday Supervisor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during the lunchtime period. The ideal candidate will have a calm and authoritative presence and be able to manage pupils effectively during their free time.

• Supervise students during the lunchtime period, both inside the lunch hall and outside on the playground.
• Serve and assist with food as needed, ensuring a smooth lunchtime experience for all students.
• Promote safety, good behaviour, and appropriate social interactions among students.
• Assist with the setup and clean-up of the lunchroom, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Report any concerns or behavioural issues to the school administration promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
• A positive and professional demeanour, with the ability to maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of health and safety in the school environment is beneficial.
