Year 6 Primary Teacher

Temp to Perm role

Pay rate: £170 - £240 /per day (Depending on experience)

Tempest Education are working with a primary school in the Greenwich area who are looking for a year 6 primary teacher who can engage, motivate, and inspire students.

If you believe you are the ideal qualified primary teacher, you will have:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification.
  • A valid DBS and successful vetting/safeguarding checks.
  • UK Classroom experience with a calm, kind, and nurturing approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a year 6 classroom lesson.
  • Following and implementing the school policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Following the school curriculum.
  • Supporting the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to the head of department.
  • Working at Key stage 2 level.
