Full-Time Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher

Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Thornton Heath, London
Start Date: September 2024

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Thornton Heath. The school is committed to providing an excellent education for all students, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
