Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team for the upcoming academic year. Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with small groups of SEN children, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN children in an educational setting.
* SEN childcare qualification.
* Valid DBS check on the update service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
