Primary ECT - Luton

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Luton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Role:

  • Full-time teaching position in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  • Supporting children of all abilities, including those with additional needs

  • Contributing to a collaborative and reflective teaching team

  • Establishing positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
