REED Education are currently recruiting supply teachers to work at our schools based in Doncaster and the surrounding areas. These roles have various start dates and will be a mix of day-to-day, short term and long-term bookings. Our schools would like to work with teachers and NQT's who have recent experience of working in UK primary schools.

Supply teaching is an excellent opportunity to maintain a great work-life balance and is ideal for teachers looking to gain experience in numerous schools’ settings as well as newly qualified teachers looking to gain more experience in teaching. We are looking for confident, inspiring and innovative classroom practitioners to join our teaching workforce and bring a fresh and creative approach to teaching and learning after what has been a difficult year for children and the staff supporting them.

What will you be doing?

  • Delivering lessons and marking the children's work
  • Working alongside other classroom staff in order for children to make progress through the lessons
  • Implementing the school’s behaviour strategy
  • Safeguarding children, reporting any disclosures to the school’s Safeguarding Lead

What will we need from you?

  • QTS or equivalent (NQT's still welcome to apply)
  • A DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one
  • Recent experience working in UK primary schools

What will you get from us?

  • Advice on your application from a specialist Reed consultant
  • Daily rate of between £130 and £170
  • Weekly pay and a hassle free payroll system
