A small, friendly primary school in Bexley are looking for qualified primary teacher to join their school in September to teach in reception.

The Role

In this role you will be teaching a reception class of 30 pupils. You will work closely with the existing staff team in the early years foundation stage at the school, to ensure pupils settle in and become engaged in school life from September. Some pupils in the class will be joining reception from the school nursery whilst others will come from other early years settings in the local community. As a one-form-entry school, you will work closely with the EYFS phase leader to complete assessments and enrichment activities. You will have regular contact with parents and should have excellent communication skills to build strong home-school links.

The school are open to applications from both experienced primary teachers and ECTs with experience teaching within Early Years and a creative and inspiring approach.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent contract with the school from September 2024. ECT induction is offered with this role if required.
