Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long-Term Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team.

We are currently supporting an amazing and welcoming school based in Gloucester that is looking to recruit a teacher to cover a KS2 classroom for the full academic year September 24 until July 25.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, covering for a permanent staff member on leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a positive impact on our students' educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in teaching.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.

Essential:
* Experience in long-term supply teaching or similar roles within the UK.
