Job Title: Primary Teacher (Supply, day-to-day, long-term or permanent roles)

Location: Kent (Maidstone, Medway and surrounding areas)

Salary: Competitive rates (for permanent roles MPS/UPS)

Start Date: Immediate or September 2024

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Teachers who are open to relocation to join our supply team across the Kent area. As a Primary Teacher working on a supply basis, you will have the opportunity to work in various schools, covering short-term absences, maternity leaves, and day-to-day assignments. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, supporting student learning, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across different primary year groups
  • Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity of education
  • Provide feedback and assessment to students

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary schools (ECTs are welcome but experience within a primary setting in a supporting role is essential)
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Enhanced DBS check issued within the last 12 months (or willingness to obtain one)
  • References from previous teaching placements
