About the School:

Dunbar Education is seeking passionate and vibrant Primary Teachers. With multiple teaching roles from Years 3 to Year 5, we're seeking qualified Primary Teachers to join our partnering schools where you'll play a pivatol role in developing young minds. Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Inspire: Deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum to ignite a passion for learning.
  • Assess and Support: Provide tailored support and constructive feedback to foster learner progress.
  • Inclusive Environment: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
  • Adaptability: Customise teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and ensure every child's success.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain strong communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and behaviour.
  • Emotional Support: Offer essential emotional and social support to enhance learner well-being.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
  • Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
  • Experience: Previous primary teaching experience, ideally within KS2.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Year 3, or Year 4, or Year 5 national curriculum.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning.
  • Safeguarding: Comprehensive knowledge of child safeguarding and welfare practices.
