LTF Recruitment are searching for a Primary Teacher to work in in one of our welcoming primary schools situated in the Stockingford area. This rewarding position offers the chance to positively impact the lives of children in Year 2 for the full academic year. For the right candidate, the school would love for you to join them on a long-term to permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year Two students.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, using assessment data effectively.
• Delegate tasks to a classroom Teaching Assistant to support targeted students.
• Foster and maintain positive classroom behaviour.
• Lead in-person parent consultation evenings.
• Adapt planning to address a diverse range of needs within the class.

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified teacher status is essential (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching within KS1.
• Ability to engage children during lessons.
• Excellent classroom control and behaviour management skills.
• An engaging teaching style.
• Capability to meet the needs of SEN children in the class.
