We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Primary School Teacher to join our team. This unique role involves working with secondary aged students within an alternative provision, providing tailored learning experiences that meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of each student.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students’ social and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to implement effective strategies for SEMH students.
  • Regularly assess and report on the progress of students.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in teaching primary school curriculum.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with SEMH students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
