Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Primary Teacher to join our welcoming school community in South Yorkshire. This day-to-day position offers an immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute positively to the educational journey of our students.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children aged 3-11.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.

- Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, in accordance with school policies and procedures.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, is mandatory.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to addressing the diverse needs of learners.

- A passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.
