Primary Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a rewarding opportunity in Aston (B6). The Role:As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, inspire students, and support their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that engage and challenge students
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to enhance student learning
- Maintain communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and development
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student development
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
