Primary Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher for an exciting opportunity in Erdington (B23). This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and NQTs looking to make a positive impact in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
The Role:As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to support student learning
- Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and needs
- Participate in school events and contribute to the broader school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2
- Comprehensive knowledge of the national curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student achievement
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
