Primary Teaching Assistant - Kidlington - September Start

Pay: £83-£90 per day

A fantastic primary school in Kidlington are searching for an enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated teaching assistant to join them in September. The school are looking for a graduate teaching assistant who has previous experience working with children. Experience working with Special Educational Needs who be desirable but not essential! This is a long-term contract beginning in September.

This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to expand your experience before becoming a primary teacher!

They offer ongoing support and training and have a fantastic senior leadership team. The teaching assistant will be working full-time Monday to Friday and will not be expected to work during school holidays. This is a relatively large school being 2-form entry. Education to a degree level would be ideal for this position (2:2 or above). The school are offering a competitive daily rate for the successful teaching assistant.

Teacher Training Opportunity

Your responsibilities will include supporting the children in Key Stage 1 and 2 with Maths, English as well as the other subjects. There will be a particular focus on supporting children in their SATS preparation.
