LTA / Reed Education are seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a PrimarySchool in the Clitheroe area. The role is covering 4 days per week from 09:00-15:30. The role is a temporary position, starting in September 2024 and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

- The candidate must have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

- The candidate must be experienced in KS1

- SEN experience is desirable but not necessary 

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:

- Monitoring targets for future progress

- Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers

- Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils

- Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice

- Excellent behaviour management skills
