This company are involved with a range of exciting projects, from noise control in industrial environments, to providing sound system design for some iconic events. Notably, they have been involved in some of the most creative and iconic events and entertainment venues, including stadiums, arenas, and outdoor events. Currently, this company are working at Glastonbury!

They are looking for a Principal Acoustic Consultant to join their team in London. Their expertise lies in providing innovative and effective acoustic solutions across a wide range of sectors. Some key aspects of their services include architectural acoustics, environmental noise, building services noise and vibration, and event and entertainment Acoustics.

The role:

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Principal Acoustic Consultant to join their dynamic team, in London. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects, offering technical expertise and innovative solutions in acoustics, noise, and vibration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall Project Management responsibilities for project of various sizes.
• Managing project team to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines.
• Responding to enquiries, communicating with clients to establish their needs and drafting fee proposals

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant acoustic consultancy experience at Principal level.
• The ability to demonstrate a proven track record in effective project and people management.
• Degree in Acoustics or Physics. An Engineering degree with relevant modules will also be considered.
• Acoustic design experience, especially in the entertainment industry, is preferred.
• Membership to the Institute of Acoustics (IoA).
• Full UK driver's license.
