Principal Designer BSA
A London based, Engineering practice which offer various services are looking for a Principal Designer to undertake Building Safety Act 2022 design responsibilities. The Principal Designer (Building Safety Act 2022) will work from an office 50% of the time, within a role which offers huge progression opportunities due to the massive demand for Building Safety Consultancy from their existing client base.
Building Safety Act Principal Designer (BSA 2022)
The Principal Designer will be an experienced Architect, with good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations. Holding memberships such as ARB and RIBA are required, holding RIBA Principal Designer status is ideal. Holding technical degrees in other building design such as Engineering or a good knowledge of building control would also be suitable.
Building Safety Act Principal Designer (BSA 2022) requirements
* Degree level within Architecture
* RIBA and/or MCIAT (Architectural Technologist)
* Knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022
* Project experience working on Building Safety Act 2022 (preferable)
* CABE / ABE / MICE / CIOB / LABC can also be suitable
