Permanent Position
Day Shift – 8 – 4:45 / Early finish Friday
Salary: Competitive
ASAP Start
Wolverhampton – Hybrid working available (3 days office based)

Principal Stress Engineer
The Principal Stress Engineer will have the following responsibilities:   
  • You will be performing preliminary sizing analysis and conceptual design support
  • Conducting computational and classic analysis on mechanical components. This will be through structural, vibrational and thermal analysis.
  • Generating technical reports from findings and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the primary contact for stress within the value stream
Principal Stress Engineer
The Principal Stress Engineer will require the following experience:
  • Degree qualified
  • Proven working experience of Stress/Thermal analysis
  • Proficient in analysis software (Abaqus, MathCAD and Catia is advantageous)
  • Advanced understanding around FEA
