Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious and dynamic team.

Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and international experience to join their esteemed Private Client team. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of private client work, predominantly for individuals with international connections. Key responsibilities include:
  • Advising on pre-immigration tax planning
  • Managing the remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident test
  • Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals
  • Global asset structuring and succession planning
  • Family governance for international families
  • Advising on the UK tax treatment of investments in the UK, including UK property holding structures
  • Handling offshore trust, estate planning, and related tax and fiduciary work
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years PQE Solicitor with substantial experience in international private client work
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in tax and estate planning for international clients
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, ambitious, and organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong client relationship management skills
