Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our distinguished team. You will manage a varied private client caseload and provide exceptional legal services to our clients. This role offers hybrid working, allowing for a balanced and flexible work-life arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and tax issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle complex estates and high-value cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and client acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years PQE in private client law.
  • Proven experience in managing a varied private client caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in estate planning and tax issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
