PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected law firm Warwickshire as a Private Client Lawyer. This company prides itself on providing expert legal advice to its high net worth client base, including assistance with complex trust and estate matters.

This role presents a chance to further develop your experience in private client work while strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and be able to demonstrate strong case management skills and technical knowledge of trust and tax legislation.

Responsibilities Included:
- Dealing with trust and estate administration matters
- Providing clear and focused legal advice to clients
- Managing an existing portfolio of high net worth individuals
- Supporting colleagues across the busy Trusts and Tax department

Skills and Attributes:
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX with STEP qualifications preferred
- Excellent understanding of trust taxation requirements
- Proven ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Driven to continuously develop expertise in private client field
- Strong IT and case management skills
