Private Client Legal Assistant

Location: Warrington

Salary Indicator: £23,000 - £28,000

A distinguished law firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant. The private client team is dedicated to offering expert advice on a range on matters including; wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning..

The successful candidate will support the solicitors in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for private client work and a desire to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors with the management of private client files, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.

Preparing and drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

Conducting legal research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.

Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other third parties, providing a high standard of client care.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all files are compliant with internal and regulatory standards.

Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required.

Skills

Previous private client experience is essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

A proactive and client-focused approach.
