Our client is a Legal 500 firm and one of the largest regional practices in Warwickshire. It is currently looking to employ a Private Client Legal Secretary for its well-established team based in its Leamington office.

The Role: 

  • You would be assisting a number of Fee-Earners in all manner of Private Client pertaining to Wills, Probate, LPAs and Tax and Trusts
  • Your responsibilities would include drafting documents, taking instructions, taking initial Client enquiries, as well as general administrative work

You:

  • You will have had prior Private Client experience working in a Private Practice Law firm.
  • An excellent phone manner 
  • The ability to work as a team as well as the ability to be autonomous
