This excellent firm is seeking a competent Paralegal to assist their Head of Department for tax, compliance, and disclosure, as well as their busy private wealth team to deliver tax services, guidance, and advice to clients.
• The position involves a high level of organisation and administration, to ensure that client work is completed in a timely manner to an exceptional standard.
• You will be assisting with trust, estate, charity, and rental accounts, as well as offering support in relation to completion of annual accounts, tax returns, and providing beneficiaries with necessary information and updates.
• You will be required to prepare legal documentation, enter accounting information into spreadsheets, reconcile accounts, and maintain detailed records of transactions, as well as handle confidential client and case information.
• It is essential that you have a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, colleagues, and other key contacts – such as HMRC.
• This is an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with the possibility of managing your own caseload under supervision as your role develops.
