Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and managing client files
- Providing day-to-day support to the Private Client team
- Regularly updating clients on case progress
- Taking instructions and drafting essential documents
- Liaising with the Probate Registry, HM Land Registry, Estate agents, and other relevant agencies
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Private Client paralegal role is essential
- For LPC graduates, completion of the Private Client elective is required
- Proficiency with Case Management Systems and Laserforms
- Highly organized, flexible, and ambitious
- Capable of working under pressure with strong numerical skills and a professional telephone manner
