Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Provide expert advice to clients on legal issues related to private client services.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Fee Earner with 3 plus experience within private client
- Demonstrable experience in managing a varied private client caseload.
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- 28 days holiday
