My client is a successful full service law firm that has a reliable client base across Lancashire and are looking to add to their successful private client department. They are seeking an experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and the ability to run their own caseload whilst also dealing with business development. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely with their attractive hybrid working policy.

This opportunity has arisen due to firm growth and work volumes are currently high, so you will have chance to take on an eclectic caseload that includes wills, probate, LPA's, trusts, estate administration and tax matters. You will predominantly be dealing with client base across the region and so may be expected to travel to perform home visits and undertake face to face meetings. There is a reliable stream of work from the local region and the wider geographical area, so there will be no emphasis placed on business development.

This practice have an established presence in Lancashire and are seeking a Solicitor to assist with growth of the team and to be a key part of the growth of the department moving forwards.
