I am on the lookout for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join my client's legal team. My client is looking for someone ideally with a few years of experience under their belt, however for the right person they are open to discussions. The successful candidate will be joining an extremely stable and experienced team in a busy department!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all matters.
  • Draft, review, and finalise legal documents related to private client services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and managing client expectations.
  • Liaise with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to offer integrated legal and financial solutions.
